Every product on this store — including printable kits, worksheets, activity cards, stories, templates, illustrations, characters (such as Kiko the Compass Fox and Adventure Island), page layouts, text and design — is an original work owned by EcomSwag and protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and international copyright treaties.
Look for this seal on every file we sell. Files without it, or offered anywhere other than ecomswag.in, are unauthorised copies.
1. What you are buying
You are buying a licence to use a digital file, not ownership of the content. Nothing physical is shipped. The copyright stays with EcomSwag.
2. Personal-use licence (included with every purchase)
- Print unlimited copies for use with your own children.
- Use the files on any devices you personally own.
- Keep a backup copy for your own use.
3. Classroom / educator licence
Teachers, tutors, daycare and activity-centre owners may print copies for the children in their own class or centre. One purchase covers one educator. A school or organisation with several teachers needs one licence per teacher, or a multi-user licence — write to us for pricing.
4. What is NOT permitted
- Selling, reselling, renting, lending or giving away the files or any part of them.
- Sharing or forwarding the files — including in WhatsApp or Telegram groups, on Google Drive links, Facebook groups, Pinterest, Etsy, Amazon, or any website or app.
- Copying, tracing, translating, editing or adapting the activities, stories, artwork or characters into another product, free or paid.
- Using the content in videos, courses, apps or printed books for sale.
- Using the EcomSwag logo or seal on anything we did not make.
- Claiming the content as your own, or removing copyright notices and footer lines from any page.
5. How we protect our work
Each download is recorded against the buyer's order. We monitor marketplaces, file-sharing sites and social groups for unauthorised copies. Where we find them, we issue takedown notices to the platform and reserve the right to take legal action and claim damages under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957. The customer account linked to a shared file may be permanently closed without refund.
6. Report a copy
Seen our products being shared or sold by someone else? Email info@ecomswag.in with the link. Genuine reports that lead to a takedown receive a free bonus pack as a thank-you.
7. Third-party rights
Our products contain no third-party characters or brand properties. Any resemblance to existing characters is unintentional. Traditional tales (such as the Panchatantra) are retold in our own original words and illustrations; the retellings and artwork are protected, the underlying folk tales are not.
8. Trademarks
"EcomSwag", the EcomSwag seal, "Kiko the Compass Fox" and "Adventure Island" are brand names and marks of EcomSwag and may not be used without written permission.
